This will be the first time introducing Huckleberry\u2019s to the state of Oregon, marking a major milestone in its national expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portland locals can look forward to a daytime escape from the ordinary when they walk into their future hometown Huckleberry\u2019s. The weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies and Zydeco music create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Famous for dishes like Huckleberry Stuffed French Toast, Mardi Gras Beignets and N\u2019awlins Sandwiches, Huckleberry\u2019s delivers a unique blend of Cajun-style entr\u00e9es and brunch classics\u2014all with a dash of Southern charm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multi-unit franchisee Scott Ganz shared his excitement about being the first to bring Huckleberry\u2019s Breakfast &amp; Lunch to Oregon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur family is thrilled to bring a taste of Southern hospitality to the Pacific Northwest,\u201d said Ganz. \u201cWe\u2019re proud to be opening Huckleberry\u2019s Breakfast &amp; Lunch in Portland, meeting a growing need for brunch comfort food, community and connection. Josh Calvert, franchisee of the brand\u2019s first Texas location, is gearing up to open his second restaurant in Arlington in July 2025.
