PORTLAND, OR<\/strong> \u2013 Huckleberry\u2019s Breakfast & Lunch\u00ae is ready to bring some bayou magic and heartfelt hospitality to the Pacific Northwest. The brand, known for its \u201cSouthern Cookin\u2019 with a California Twist!\u201d\u00ae, signed a multi-unit deal to open several locations in the greater Portland area. This will be the first time introducing Huckleberry\u2019s to the state of Oregon, marking a major milestone in its national expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portland locals can look forward to a daytime escape from the ordinary when they walk into their future hometown Huckleberry\u2019s. The weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies and Zydeco music create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Famous for dishes like Huckleberry Stuffed French Toast, Mardi Gras Beignets and N\u2019awlins Sandwiches, Huckleberry\u2019s delivers a unique blend of Cajun-style entr\u00e9es and brunch classics\u2014all with a dash of Southern charm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multi-unit franchisee Scott Ganz shared his excitement about being the first to bring Huckleberry\u2019s Breakfast & Lunch to Oregon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Huckleberry\u2019s gets ready for takeoff in Portland, the brand continues its momentum in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. Josh Calvert, franchisee of the brand\u2019s first Texas location, is gearing up to open his second restaurant in Arlington in July 2025. The Sachse location is already under construction, with more Lone Star State opportunities on the horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Huckleberry\u2019s restaurants\u2019 unique concept and strong franchise support system have fueled rapid growth, with plans to hit 50 restaurants by 2026. Offering flexible site options and a family-friendly 7am-3pm operating model, the brand continues to attract franchisees eager to bring a bite of the bayou to their hometowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
